Broiled Seafood Platter review by Doris
I have been to Kingfish several times with family & friends. Each time the food has been hot, fresh & delicious. Portions are large; I always have enough for another meal. Servers are professional & friendly, prices are good, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly. A great place to socialize & enjoy great food! I actually had the broiled stuffed flounder but I couldn't enter that in the field above. It was delicious!

My first time eating here and it did NOT disappoint! My family will definitely be back. The food was scrumptious and the waitress was super kind and kept our drinks filled. Very impressed.

Anytime I want me a good piece of fried fish. I drive from Lenoir. The service is wonderful. I have no complaints.

Really enjoyed King Fish! Everything was fresh and well prepared—from a great salad to perfectly cooked shrimp and calamari. Definitely a step above the other seafood options in town. I also love that it's a local family-owned business, and the owner may even stop by your table to make sure you're enjoying your meal. Great food, friendly service and a wonderful addition to Hickory. Highly recommend!

My husband got the Fried Grouper and Deviled Crab, I got the Fried Grouper and Jumbo Shrimp. Absolutely the best seafood we have had inland ever! Fresh, Fried to perfection and the sauces are great as well! Not to mention the hush puppies, my goodness they were delicious. The steamed shrimp as an appetizer, hands down the best around the mountains, run a close race with straight off the docks on the coast! The service was great! Will definitely be going back!
